The Truth In A Childhood Song

Oh be careful little mouth, what you say.
Oh be careful little mouth, what you say.
For the Father up above
Is looking down in love,
Oh be careful little mouth, what you say.

I woke up this morning with this song running through my head. A warning perhaps?
What are you saying today?

  1. I'm saying . . .
"I'm going to say all nice things today so I can report a good 'speaking' day to my blogging friend, Jill!"

    :)
I do need to remember this . . . thanks!

  2. Hmmm, I don't kow if that is terrifying or not. Usually I have some crazy tune like Beyonce' "single ladies" going through my head and sometimes it'll get SO bad that I NEED to say it out loud because otherwise it will never leave my head. So picture this I'm in line at Target counting the number of snacks in a box making sure I have enough for the soccer team, when suddenly I sing out "Now put your hands up!" Then in my HEAD I hear the beat and am waiting for the next line to come, but those around me heard me say "put your hands up." and think I'm there to rob them! And once I make eye contact again I realize YES Sara you DID sing that OUTloud. IT's never a good time to sing what's in your head. NEVER.
